How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from WaveCRM, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Send an email to support@wavecrm.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your registered email address and phone number in the email body.
3. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• All contacts you have added to the CRM
• All message history stored in our system
• All templates and broadcast records
• All tags and analytics data

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law, including:

• Transaction records for legal/tax compliance (up to 7 years)
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
