• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• You must not send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from contacts before messaging them.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

• All messages must comply with WhatsApp's messaging guidelines.
• Template messages must be pre-approved by WhatsApp/Meta before use.
• Users must respect the 24-hour messaging window for session messages.
• Opt-in consent must be obtained from recipients before sending marketing messages.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Transmitting harmful or malicious content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

WaveCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
